Stefano welcomes you to his studio cucina In The Southern Highlands, just a 90-minute drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra. You'll learn how to cook traditional and modern Italian cuisine from all regions of Italy while enjoying the view of cows grazing on the rolling hills of the Highlands. The ingredients for your cooking experience are locally sourced, some even from Stefano's vegetable garden. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
